  Waitress had no clue what was available on the menu, and came back twice to tell us salmon was available, then wasnt available... Then was, but only 2 servings left, and being one who got it, I felt it was very dry, and I couldn't begin to tell you what the vegetables were. It was over priced as well. Don't know how it stays in business.

  Me, my wife and 3 teenagers stopped in the Lighthouse after a day of visiting the northern half of Yellowstone National Park. Gabriella, our wonderful hostess, provided excellent service and recommendations. The five of us had Crab cakes & Calamari for appetizers, For dinner we ate Bison steak, Catfish, Ravioli, Cod and a Cheeseburger. The spinach must have been boiled with lobster because it had the silky smoothness and taste of lobster butter and was full of flavor. I had two servings. . . that's right.. . . of spinach. Both fish meals were fantastic. The bison was not the most tender I've eaten but it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. One of my sons kept steeling every other bite I sliced off the filet. For dessert we had Mama's MMMMM cake (You'll have to go there to understand what all the "M's" stand for), Snow King Sunday and a very special Old Faithful Sundae presented with dry ice covering the table in flowing water vapors. Not one bite of food was left on our plates. We'll to be honest we couldn't finish all the ice cream. You have to get the Old Faithful Sundae. You won't be disappointed. Tell Gabriella the Cox family of 5 who ate at the round table just to the left of the entry door say's hello. She'll remember my global dinner comparison putting our meal at the Lighthouse in my top 3.
