  The service was awful. Stay away. No one seemed to know what was going on and were very unwelcoming. My friend and I stopped at The Raven July 2016 to get carryout food to take to our cabin. After waiting an hour (wasted vacation time) for our food (they had screwed up getting the order in) we took it to our cabin to find they had given us two of the same meals (one was wrong) and I was very upset that what I had to eat was not what I paid for or wanted. We decided we would return the next day with our receipt and see about getting what we had ordered the first time (yes, for free, it was their fault). We entered and told the person at the counter the problem. They could not handle it so they got someone else who said they would take care of it. We waited in the bar for our food. I ordered a drink. Before making my drink the manager/bartender talked with a customer having a drink, adjusted the music volume and went to give menus to a group that just arrived. I must say I had never seen anything like it. My friend and I watched with jaws dropped while he did everything but make my drink. About the time I was finished with my drink the manager/bartender (glassy red eyes) inquired about our food as we had not received it yet. He found out the order had not even been put in. At this point I was very very unhappy and asked for our money back along with the food. He refused and said he would give us a free dessert. We did not want dessert. I promised I would write a terrible review. I have never been treated so bad at a restaurant before. They screwed up our order two nights in a row. No one told us they were sorry that we had spent an hour there two nights in a row during our vacation just to be treated rudely.

  Walked in and had to seat ourselves. Then we were admonished for sitting down. 3 different groups of people left the restaurant soon after that and never got served. We would recommend Cowboys.

  We always had someone at our table every 2 minutes. The food took a little longer than expected to come out but it was not that bad. The food had to much to it. To much flavoring like when you are trying to cover something up so you dump the whole bottle on it. Also woke up at 3am with stomach pains after eating here. The service was great. My plate was not.
